It is important to consider allergens to foods that you may have. The top food allergens are: wheat, corn, dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and seafood. Try doing an elimination diet to find out what you may be allergic to. Take out every allergen for 2 weeks. You need to give your body a chance to detox from it all. Then add one back in and see how you react. Take a full 24 hours after you eat the allergen to see if you will have a reaction. Sometimes you won’t feel it until the next day. Look at how you feel, are you tired, bloated, itchy, constipated, have diarrhea? Consider how you slept, did you have nightmares or toss and turn? Consider your emotions, are you irritated, easily angered? If you feel totally normal after eating an allergen, then go onto the next one. If you feel any symptoms, then stop eating it and go on to the next allergen on the list and eat that. Hope that makes sense. This is a really great place to start if you have chronic issues in any area of mental or physical health.
If you can, just drink water and herbal teas. Pretty much everything else is bad for you. DO NOT DRINK SODA and definitely DO NOT DRINK DIET SODA. For all you Diet Coke drinkers I can guarantee you have an enormous amount of cellulite that you just can’t figure out where you got it. Aspartame = Cellulite. For all you wind drinkers out there: you are kidding yourself if you think a glass of wine is good for you. You can get your antioxidants and heart healthy nutrition from other sources like berries rather than justify drinking alcohol full of sugar (bad for you carbs) with only a small amount of good for you anything. Same thing as eating dark chocolate is good for you. Sure, if you eat the purest form of dark chocolate but then it really does not taste good so why bother.
